The UNION™ Practitioner Certification is for the woman who has been called to lead—who knows in her bones that her healing is meant to become her purpose. That the transformation she has experienced is not the end of the road, but the beginning of a new one.
This is a live cohort training designed to certify practitioners in the UNION™ Method: Kelsey's proprietary coaching methodology weaving NLP, somatic embodiment, trauma-informed practices, polarity work, and sacred feminine teachings into a coherent, powerful system for transformation.
You will be trained not just in techniques, but in transmission. Not just in method, but in mastery. You will graduate as a certified UNION™ Practitioner—equipped, accredited, and ready to guide women into the deepest work of their lives.

Nine Months. Four phases of mastery.
Inner UNION & Fragmentation - Months 1–2
Self-work only. You begin by developing internal coherence and the capacity to observe fragmentation—in yourself before you ever hold it for another. Teachings cover identity versus essence, personality as survival strategy, how identity maintains fragmentation, and the distinction between coaching and other support professions. No peer work. No client work. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

Polarity, Fragmentation & Relational Dynamics — Months 3–4
Contained peer practice begins under supervision. You learn how fragmentation distorts relational dynamics and polarity—overfunctioning, over-giving, emotional unavailability, mother and father wound influences. Session agreements, ethical contracting, and the mechanics of trust and safety in a coaching relationship are introduced here and practised in real time with peers.

Attachment, Desire & Charge — Month 5
You develop the capacity to stay fully present under emotional intensity—without rescuing, controlling, or collapsing. Teachings include attachment as unconscious strategy, desire versus need, chasing as a fragmented attachment pattern, and how to interrupt spirals without reassurance or overreach. Peer mirroring continues under supervision with a focus on charge tolerance.

Mirroring & Authority — Month 6
You develop clean mirroring without performance, softening, or overreach. Precision language. Practitioner authority without control. Teachings cover neutral reflection as an active skill, when not to mirror, power dynamics in relational coaching, and reframing as a tool for evoking awareness. Live correction and peer feedback are central to this phase.

Practitioner Practice & Certification — Months 7–9
You move from peer practice into supervised real-world client work. Teachings include practitioner intake, identifying core distortion, scope and responsibility, and ethical representation of the modality. You complete approved external client sessions, mentor coaching, and a live observed session—all evaluated against professional coaching standards before certification is granted.

Intensive Retreat Weekend
Required for certification. A full immersive weekend of live supervised coaching sessions, real-time observation, mentor feedback, case review, and collective integration. The cohort comes into full coherence as a practitioner group. This is where the training becomes embodied.

Kelsey is not simply a coach who built a business. She is a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Master Life and Success Coach, a certified hypnotherapist, and a trauma-informed somatic practitioner—with a background in respiratory therapy and ongoing studies in psychology.
For over seven years, Kelsey has been developing the UNION™ Method: a proprietary system that has guided over 700 students through the deepest emotional work of their lives. Her teachings sit at the intersection of science and spirit, rigour and devotion.
