The House of UNION™ (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the Client (“you,” “your”) will collectively be referred to as “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.”

Scope of Services:

The primary teachings and coaching within The House of UNION™ are done within the unconscious mind and the wounded egoic fragments of your being in order to heal, shift and support you in unlocking new layers of your Self on your journey to sacred union. Due to the nature of this work, it is important that we have your consent about the following:

• You understand and acknowledge that The House of UNION™ is not acting in the capacity of financial advisors, physicians, psychologists, or healthcare professionals, and the Activities being offered are NOT intended to treat or diagnose, and does not include treatment for or diagnosis of, any illnesses, disease or disorders, whether physical, mental, psychological or emotional.

• You understand that The House of UNION™ is dynamic and is constantly working to improve the Client experience. We reserve the right to adjust content and the structure of the content offered.

• You understand that you are responsible for your own experience and results and that there will be no refunds or pausing of the payment subscription based on a change in your schedule or inability to engage with the sessions.

• You understand we will continue to own and retain all rights to logos, brand elements, text, images, videos, trademarks, and/or all works of similar nature created in The House of UNION™ (collectively, the “Content”), whether registered or unregistered. Each Party agrees not to infringe upon or otherwise use our intellectual property. Use of the Content for any purpose is unauthorized and will result in a permanent removal from The House of UNION™.
